The overall is fixed on a frame,there is aways a certain gap between cylinder wall and mixer shaft,so it can reduce performance resistance and locked rotor,it also reduce downtime cleaning time and improve the work efficiency.we can also customize for you. The water supply is controlled by valve. The filter in the pipeline is to control water system and clean the water.
DSZ is an advanced equipment,it is with vibrational system,it can solve the dust cohesive,so it enhances the application range of DSZ.
DSZ is composed by transporting cylinder, vibration cylinder, mixed transmission shaft, vibration system, quantitative water supply system, vibration absorbing springs.The materials are moved into the Vibration cylinder by high speed rotating blades,the materials are mixed adequately,then they are moved to the discharge hole,it can eliminate reentrainment.

DSZ should be installed on the concrete foundation, the error of Vertical and horizontal is 0.6 per thousand
2.
Check and clean the parts ,correct the location and adjust the gap between bearings.
3.
Check that if there is lubricant in the bearing,it the lubricant is bad,we chould exchange it.
